With more than 30 years of expertise in the financial services industry, Glenn P. Cummings brings a wealth of knowledge and a client-first approach to his role as President and co-founder of Big Financial Services. Along with his business partner, Paula Sanchez Cummings, Glenn established the firm to deliver tailored financial solutions rooted in independence and personalized service.

Glenn believes that every client’s financial journey is unique, requiring a customized approach to help them achieve their goals and dreams. “Our independence allows us to focus solely on what’s best for our clients, ensuring their plans align with their priorities rather than a corporation’s bottom line,” Glenn explains. He values building long-term partnerships, taking the time to understand each client’s unique needs and providing comprehensive strategies that foster security and financial peace of mind.

Specializing in retirement planning, Glenn works with retirees and those preparing for retirement to develop strategies that empower them to retire with confidence. PAULA CUMMINGS

Vice President, Director of Operations

As the co-founder of Big Financial Services, LLC, alongside her business partner, Glenn Cummings, Paula Cummings brings over 30 years of experience in the financial industry and a background as a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS). Driven by a passion for helping people, Paula is committed to delivering exceptional client service and ensuring the firm operates with a client-first focus.

Paula’s career began in banking, where she built a strong foundation in financial fundamentals. She later expanded her expertise in insurance and investments, excelling in leadership roles and entrepreneurship. Together with Glenn, Paula built Cummings Financial Services from the ground up, establishing a thriving correspondent lending office and leading a dedicated team.

When industry shifts required adaptation, Paula and Glenn leveraged their expertise to create Big Financial Services, LLC, offering comprehensive, personalized solutions for clients’ financial needs.

“I remain dedicated to providing seamless, client-centered service through our talented staff,” Paula shares. “Our mission is to foster trust and lasting relationships, empowering clients to feel confident in their financial future.”

Dino Dziergas is a seasoned Investment Adviser Representative with extensive experience in financial planning and investment management. Before joining Big Financial Services, Dino honed his expertise at Prudential and a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA), where he spent years helping clients navigate the complexities of the financial world.

Specializing in retirement planning, Dino is dedicated to implementing tailored investment strategies that preserve and grow his clients’ assets, ensuring they are well-positioned to enjoy a secure and fulfilling retirement. He works closely with clients to develop personalized, comprehensive financial solutions that align with their unique goals and provide confidence in their financial future.

Over the course of his career—primarily spent in the independent advisory space with Osaic Wealth Management—Andrew has helped clients make informed, confident decisions as they prepare for and live in retirement.

His approach is grounded in clarity, discipline, and a high standard of care that puts clients’ interests first.

BRIAN BOSWELL

Brian Boswell is a licensed Financial Advisor who earned a Bachelor of Science in Business and Economics from the University of Florida, bringing a strong academic foundation along with a client-first approach to every relationship.

Holding both his Series 65 and Florida 2-15 Life, Health, and Variable Annuities licenses, Brian is dedicated to serving as a fiduciary—always placing his clients’ best interests at the center of every plan.

He focuses on helping individuals and families build financial strategies designed to provide security, growth, and peace of mind throughout retirement.

Known for his integrity and approachable style, Brian works closely with clients to understand their goals, simplify complex financial decisions, and create tailored solutions that stand the test of time.

Outside the office, he enjoys weight training, fishing Florida’s waters, and playing golf.

LAUREN HEFLIN

Client Services & Processing Specialist

Lauren, a Tampa native, spent much of her childhood amidst the stunning landscapes of Park City, Utah, where she mastered skiing double black diamonds at just 7 years old. She brings this same determination and fearlessness to her professional life.

With over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry, and a holder of a Florida 2-15 Insurance license, Lauren joined Big Financial in January 2020, bringing her dedication, expertise, and a client-first mindset to the team.

In her role, Lauren ensures that client accounts are handled with the utmost care and precision. She provides vital operational and administrative support to the company’s agents and advisors, always striving to maintain exceptional client satisfaction.

Recognized for her creativity and organizational expertise, Lauren consistently brings fresh ideas and a positive influence to the workplace.

Outside of work, she enjoys traveling with her husband and spending quality time with her two dogs, as well as her close-knit circle of friends and family.
